Water damage at a local Charter School affected drywall, flooring, framing, and multiple classrooms. A construction company broke a pipe and caused a water damage during work at a local Beaches' Hospital. A few administrative offices were flooded. SERVPRO of The Beaches/Ponte Vedra arrived on site quickly to begin the drying process.

A fire suppression system in the ceiling broke in the middle of the night at this Marsh Landing business. Water poured out for hours, until the employees arrived at work the next morning to find water rushing out of their front door.
