Leak in Roof Causes Mold

This Ponte Vedra Beach home, sustained water damage and then mold damage from a leaking skylight in their kitchen. Our Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) certified crews removed the drywall that was affected by microbial growth. They then rebuilt the skylight, sealing it properly, and protecting it from future leaks.
